Shipping Policy

Order Processing / Fulfillment
All orders are processed through Printful, our on-demand fulfillment partner. Typical processing time is 2–5 business days before an order is shipped.

Delivery Estimates
Once fulfilled, most orders ship via trusted carriers. The total delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen events.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates depend on product type, order size, and destination.

  • Hoodies, sweatshirts, and crewnecks shipped to U.S.: ~ $8.49 for one item + ~$2.50 for each additional item (example, adjust per actual rates).

  • International orders may incur customs fees or import duties — customers are responsible for these.

Delivery Issues / Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or with errors, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We’ll help coordinate a replacement.

  • If a package is returned due to delivery issues (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we’ll hold it for 30 days. You may choose to reship (customer pays new shipping) or cancel.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes, however, we will assist with replacements for defective or damaged items.

Tracking
After your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

Customs & Import (International Shipping)
International buyers may be subject to customs or import duties upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and aren’t included in shipping cost.
