Thank you for shopping with Run Free Lifestyle. Each item in our store is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, which allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs made just for you.

Because of this, all items are printed on demand—we do not keep stock on hand. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Replacements or Refunds

We’re happy to replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • The order is lost in transit and cannot be located.

If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and printing area (if applicable)

Once verified, we’ll coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement or refund.

What’s Not Eligible

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and issue details.

  2. Our team will review your request within a few business days.

  3. If approved, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued to your original payment method.

  4. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping & Address Errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
